When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped as fast as possible, generally shipping the same day if placed before noon in your time zone!

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

No, our processing center works extremely fast.  For this reason, after you place an order, we cannot cancel or change it.

Which carriers do you use?

We work with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others to get you your mushroom extracts as quickly as possible.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we provide free standard domestic shipping on all orders over $50.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to most countries from our US-based warehouse.  We work with USPS for international shipments.

RETURN QUESTIONS

How do I get a refund?

Please contact support@zenspora.com within 30 days of receiving your order for refunds on unopened items.  Items must be in the same condition as you received them to qualify for a refund.  We do not offer refunds on used or opened products.

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact support@zenspora.com as soon as you discover the damage.  If you have photos of the damage, send those too; that helps resolve issues much quicker.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?

After we receive your return product and make sure everything is in order, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.  These can take anywhere from 2-10 business days to appear on your account.

 

Who pays return shipping charges?

You are responsible for return shipping charges.
